Clinical History
Routine chest radiograph performed for baseline evaluation.
Findings
PA chest radiograph demonstrates normal cardiac size and mediastinal contours.
Both lungs are adequately expanded and clear. No focal consolidation, collapse,
pleural effusion, or pneumothorax is identified. Hilar structures appear normal.
Costophrenic angles are preserved. No acute osseous abnormality is evident on
the visualized thorax.
Impression
Normal PA chest radiograph. No active cardiopulmonary abnormality.
