Normal

Liver is normal in size and echotexture with smooth contour. No focal lesions seen. Portal and hepatic veins are patent with normal hepatopetal flow. No intrahepatic ductal dilatation. CBD measures 4 mm.

Fatty Liver (Steatosis)

Liver is mildly enlarged with increased echogenicity and posterior beam attenuation. Vascular structures are mildly obscured. Findings are consistent with hepatic steatosis.

Cirrhosis with Portal Hypertension

Liver shows coarse echotexture and nodular contour. Caudate lobe is prominent. Portal vein measures 14 mm with hepatofugal flow. Splenomegaly (14 cm) and small volume ascites noted. Findings suggest cirrhosis with portal hypertension.
