Cholelithiasis
Clinical History: Patient presents with intermittent right upper quadrant (RUQ) abdominal pain, especially after fatty meals. No fever or jaundice. Known history of gallstones. Referred for evaluation of cholelithiasis.

📄 Report Sample Line- Cholelithiasis
Gallbladder is distended with normal wall thickness. Multiple echogenic foci with posterior acoustic shadowing are noted within the lumen measures of largest one is 11.6mmin maximum diamter, consistent with gallstones. No pericholecystic fluid or wall thickening. Common bile duct (CBD) is not dilated.
