Clinical History: Patient presents for routine pelvic ultrasound. No specific complaints. No history of abnormal bleeding or pelvic pain. Cervical region incidentally shows cystic lesions consistent with Nabothian cysts.

A single anechoic cyst measuring approximately 6.5 x 5.0 mm is seen in the anterior cervical lip, suggestive of a Nabothian cyst.
