No intrauterine gestational sac visualized. In the right adnexal region, a well-defined hyperechoic ring-like structure with a central cystic area is seen, separate from the ovary. Color Doppler demonstrates a ring of fire sign indicating peripheral vascularity. Free fluid noted in the pouch of Douglas. Findings are highly suggestive of a tubal ectopic pregnancy.


Conclussion: 📋 Sonographic features are consistent with a right tubal ectopic pregnancy, showing the characteristic ring of fire sign on color Doppler.
Recommendation: Serum β-hCG correlation
