An extrauterine gestational sac containing a live embryo is seen adjacent to the uterus, surrounded by a thick myometrial-like structure, separate from the main endometrial cavity. The gestational sac does not communicate with the uterine cavity. These findings are suggestive of a pregnancy in a rudimentary horn of a unicornuate uterus.
