Gallbladder not visualized despite adequate scanning and patient repositioning; normal biliary tree — features consistent with gallbladder agenesis.
Conclusion: Gallbladder agenesis suspected — correlate with MRCP if clinically indicated.
Recommendation: Clinical correlation and/or cross-sectional imaging (MRCP) to confirm agenesis and assess biliary anatomy.
